Order Processing

All orders placed at Multiverse Perfumes are processed within 24–48 working hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure that the provided address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Multiverse Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
